Hebridean Sea Safari

Enjoy the wonders of the Glenapp Castle Hotel with its beautiful cuisine, renowned service and acclaimed apartment and suites. Our concierge team will then take you to our nearby port where your Hebridean Sea Safari adventure will begin. Our professional crew often including an on board marine biologist will guide you through the islands and headlands of the West coast of Scotland and into Hebridean islands.

Travelling between islands you will see bountiful sea and bird life, or you may go ashore to the site of an ancient monastery, archaeological site, hidden castle garden, or whisky distillery. This will be your most memorable and unique Glenapp Sea Safari. With our 37 feet 12 seater vessel you will be navigated through breath taking channels, lochs and along coastlines seeing remote caves, whirlpools and spectacular cliff and rock formations.

Your itinerary may include a Glenapp five star picnic on a remote sandy beach with highland cattle and wild goats watching on! Alternatively you may pull along side an old pier at the end of a sea loch to have lunch at a local inn.

Towards the end of the first day you will arrive at the most unique and hidden island glamping site where your Glenapp private dining experience awaits. A wee dram before being shown to your luxury glamping accommodation and then on to dinner. Your private chef will have prepared a menu including the best of Scottish coastal produce ranging from local venison to lobster, scallops or seabass. As the fires burn into the night there will be quiet moments to gaze at the bright night skies or to share stories and memories from the day before heading for the most comfortable of double beds!
