Lochnaw Castle Guided Tour

For those who enjoy touring Scotland’s castles and love to understand their origins, visit this 16th century castle. This is a personal invitation by the owners of Lochnaw, and only available to guests of Glenapp. You will be enthralled with the history of Lochnaw Castle, for seven centuries the ancestral home of the Chieftains of the Clan Agnew and also the areas rich and varied past from the iron age through to present day. A long programme of restoration and renewal that is not only interesting but inspirational. The owners of Lochnaw are the perfect hosts and will provide a wonderful lunch as part of this personal experience.

Glenapp Helicopter Experience

The most amazing way to view the South West Scottish coastline and countryside is by flying one of our specially chartered Glenapp routes. Robert Burns Birthplace Museum Curated Tour

Robert Burns Birthplace Museum offers a truly unique encounter with Scotland's favourite son. This is a private curated tour specially for Glenapp guests. Robert Burns is Scotland's national bard, and his poetry and songs are famous worldwide. This tour allows you to discover the real Rabbie Burns and shows you exactly where his wonderous works were created. Whether you’re a die-hard "Burnsian" or brand new to the bard, a day immersing yourself here will open your eyes and ears to an enduring hero of Scotland’s literary heritage.

Culzean Castle

Culzean Castle is the former stately home of the Earls of Cassillis. An impressive armoury of flintlock pistols and swords leads to a gorgeous oval, colonnaded staircase designed by Robert Adam with a theatrical bio. The heart of the castle is a circular drawing room with original paintings by Scottish Colourists and panoramic sea views. Richly patterned carpets, period furniture, chandeliers and marble fireplaces create an ambiance of refinement and timeless elegance. Glenapp Guests have the opportunity to enjoy access to the castle, estate and the adventure playground.

Dumfries House Tour
