Tucked away within the enchanting Walled Gardens, The Azalea, by Glenapp Castle offers a truly unique dining experience where nature and gastronomy come together in perfect harmony, surrounded by the vibrant colours, delicate scents, and soothing sounds of the outdoors.
Located within one of the last remaining Moncur & McKenzie Glasshouses, a rare treasure also found at the King’s Balmoral Estate, this breathtaking indoor garden paradise is a celebration of seasonal produce and culinary artistry. The Azalea’s menus are crafted around the prolific produce of our own kitchen garden, where an abundance of vegetables, fruit, herbs, and spices flourish, ensuring that every dish is infused with the freshest flavours of the season.

What Our Guests Say
A truly magical place, an escape from the daily routines. We arrived a little early, where we received a hearty welcome from Jen. She happily gave us a little tour of the ornate building, along with some fascinating detail; we only asked for directions to the restrooms, another indication of the exceptional hospitality. We enjoyed Sunday Lunch, upgrading to the wonderful locally caught lobster starter. If you crave stunning food, in a magical place, look no further.
