Become a “Chocolatier” with Glenapp Castle’s Valrhona Chocolate Master Class. For the chocoholics of the world, we have created a very special experience, perfect for you at Glenapp Castle!

To satisfy those with a sweet tooth, we are now offering you the opportunity to take part in a Chocolate Master Class. What’s more, this is no ordinary chocolate, this master class involves tasting and learning about Glenapp Castle’s very own signature bespoke blend of Valrhona chocolate, a process that has taken 7 months from our first meeting with the Valrhona team to our chocolate going into production, we are very proud of our final product.

This master class offers you the chance to learn about the art of chocolate making and to take part in the process. You will learn more about chocolate tempering and how to make the perfect chocolate product, for example, what is tempering and why is it needed? You will also learn how to make some chocolate fillings and to create delicious chocolate filled petit fours.

There is of course plenty of chance to indulge yourself in the delicious chocolate goodies along the way. Guests will take part in a fun blind taste test and be able to take their own creations home with them in a lovely chocolate box. What’s more, guests will also be sent away with a recipe pack to take home to have fun making some of their own creations at home.

This unique experience includes:

• A three hour Master Class experience with Glenapp Castle’s expert chocolate Chef, including a fun introduction to Glenapp Castle’s chocolate and the chance to make it yourself.
• A blind taste test.
• A complimentary glass of Champagne.
• A box of 12 chocolates to take home.
• A recipe pack to take home with you.

£295 per Guest, minimum of 2 people/£75 for each additional Guest/£47.50 for children (5-15yrs)
