Our special offers require full prepayment at the time of booking, and this is non-refundable, however if for any reason you have to cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival, the money paid can be used to offset the cost of a future stay within 12 months. Should the boat trip be cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, we will refund the boat trip part of your trip if it is not possible to transfer to new dates. Weather cancellation will be made by the Glenapp Boat Captain and will be informed around 48 – 72 hours in advance.
